Is Rebel Gardens organic and lab-tested?

Yes.

Our plants are grown using organic cultivation practices, and in some cases biodynamic methods, prioritizing soil health and plant integrity.

Every batch of hemp flower, extract, and finished product is third-party lab tested to ensure:

  • Purity
  • Potency
  • Accurate cannabinoid content
  • Compliance with federal THC limits (no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight)

What are hemp-derived products?

Rebel Gardens products are made from legally compliant hemp plants containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Hemp vs. Marijuana — What’s the Difference?

Both come from the Cannabis sativa plant.

Dosing & Usage

How much hemp should I take?

There is no universal dose. Every body responds differently.

We recommend starting low and increasing gradually.

If you are new to hemp products:

What is the recommended dose for the 1250mg hemp gummies? When should I take them?

Our 1250mg gummy bag contains 25 gummies, totaling 1250mg per bag.

That means:

  • 1 full gummy = 50mg
  • ½ gummy = 25mg (microdose)
  • ¼ gummy = 12.5mg

If you are new to hemp products, we recommend starting with:

  • ½ gummy (25mg) as a microdose

Age Requirement

Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the regulated and consumable nature of hemp-derived wellness products, all sales are final.

Can I return or exchange my order?

No. All products are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit clear photos of the product and original packaging

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund to the original form of payment

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Order Cancellations

Once fulfillment begins or the order ships, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is missing after delivery confirmation:

Rebel Gardens currently ships within the United States only.

Orders placed to locations where hemp-derived products are restricted may be canceled.
