Shipping policy

1. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping destination.

3. Shipping Times:

  • Standard Ground Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.  

5. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address.  

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We may not be able to ship to certain locations or countries due to shipping restrictions.
  • Restricted States for THC Product Shipping:  Due to legal regulations regarding THC products, Rebel Gardens cannot ship any items containing THC to the following states:

    • Kansas
    • Nebraska
    • South Dakota
    • Wyoming
  • THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per statue guidelines:

  • Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

  • We adhere to both federal and state laws regarding the sale and distribution of THC-related products.  This list is subject to change based on legal updates, and we recommend customers regularly check their state laws regarding THC products before placing an order.
  • Important Notice:  If you attempt to place an order for THC products to a restricted state, those items will automatically be removed from your order, and you will be notified by email.  In such cases, non-THC products will be shipped as usual.
