Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with the original seal.  Returns must be reported within 7 days of purchase, and the return itself must be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items that are perishable, intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable cannot be returned.  Proof of purchase is required for all returns, and items must be returned to the original point of purchase, whether it is e-commerce store or retailer.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, Rebel Gardens will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.  Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
