Shipping + Returns
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking.
USPS: Transit times are 1-10 business days depending on location and weather.
- If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS routinely do not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.
The following states have banned hemp CBD products and we do not offer to ship to these states: Idaho and Iowa
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Rebel Gardens is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Delivery date is not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.
Route Delivery Protection Option
We offer an option of ROUTE insurance protection on every order for an additional fee of $.98 for orders < $100 and 2% of the cart value for orders > $100. This is opt-in by the customer at the time of checkout.
General Return Policy
As a small business, our priority is to make sure you get the results you came for! We guarantee the potency, efficacy, and purity in every drop. If you have any questions or concerns please email our customer service team to schedule a 1:1 consultation so we can assist you in achieving the best possible results. If after 30 days of cumulative use and a 1:1 consultation you are still not satisfied please reconnect with our customer service team via email to arrange a return. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of your emailed return request. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses) to your original form of payment.
